NOTE: Per Louisiana Revised Statute 44:3, any incident for which there is a pending criminal court case or for which a criminal court case is not public record. It can only be obtained through court order or subpoena.
In order to obtain a copy of 911 public records, please complete the form via the link below
In order to avoid over/under payment, please complete the records request form and submit it to the 911 office.
After processing the request and determining that it can be fulfilled, the 911 office will calculate the appropriate fee and provide you with the amount due,
which must be paid before the records can be released.
Records Request Fees
For Individuals requesting Calls for Service audio recordings, there will be a $5.00 fee per call/recording.
For Individuals requesting Calls for Service records, there will be a $1.00 fee per page.
Records may also be reviewed during normal business hours at the address above between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM free of charge.
