NOTE: Per Louisiana Revised Statute 44:3, any incident for which there is a pending criminal court case or for which a criminal court case is not public record. It can only be obtained through court order or subpoena.

In order to obtain a copy of 911 public records, please complete the records request form below.
The request MUST contain a physical "wet" signature, and include as much information about the call as possible.
Once complete, you can send the form to us via email, mail, or it can be dropped off to our office.

Records Request Fees
For Individuals requesting Calls for Service audio recordings, there will be a $5.00 fee per call/recording.
For Individuals requesting Calls for Service records, there will be a $1.00 fee per page.
Records may also be reviewed during normal business hours at the address above between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM free of charge.
